Position Title: Customer Support Specialist

Position Location: Remote 100% (WFH / Work from anywhere / anytime /Flextime / 40 hours a week required)

Pay Range / Details / Bonus: Base of $ 1,000.00  - $3,000.00 USD Monthly

CampusPress is looking for a great Customer Support Specialist to assist our customers with technical problems when using our products and services.

Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust. You should also be familiar with help desk software.

Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures. 

The customer Support Specialist main duties are to handle the following tasks:
  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
  • Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
  • Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions/issues / etc.

Job responsibilities:

  • Providing support by email to our Edublogs and CampusPress customers.
  • Assisting with and solving all manner of WordPress questions, with style!
  • Contributing to testing and QA with updates to WordPress core, plugins, and themes.
  • Coordinating with developers over bugs, features and cool new stuff.
  • Being an active part of the Incsub team.

Skills and qualifications required:

  • Have a really good familiarity with WordPress, might even be able to code (PHP/MySQL and/or HTML/CSS) a bit, or a lot, even better
  • Amazingly great communication skills
  • Impressive response times, typing speed (it matters)
  • Interpersonal skills, including the powers to swiftly build rapport with both current and potential customers
  • Are a great team player, keen on working in an expanding, motivated, distributed support team
  • Enjoy collaborating with others and don’t back down from a challenge
  • Love people and love yourself!

We like all staff to be working 40 hours a week, but if you did want to work more hours, that’s also cool with us. Yes if You want and really want to work Over-time then we will pay you for your overtime service.
