We are looking for a Head of People who will work closely with the founders to take ownership of our company's people and culture initiatives to support hyper growth.
An ideal candidate will be a person with a high growth mindset who wants to step into a larger role and enjoys a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment. Being a high-growth start-up, the priorities within the scope of this role will evolve, and the candidate should be able to lead in both strategic planning and tactical execution.
Job Descriptions
- Provide guidance to the Talent Acquisition team with talent and compensation strategies to fulfill manpower planning.
- You will drive the formulation of People-related policies within our fast-growing team. This includes staff development and advising the founders on compensation and benefit strategies to retain our world-class talent.
- You will build a team where every employee is a brand ambassador and excited to be part of us by developing engaging internal communication and campaigns.
- Act as a Business Partner to develop and direct the HR business plan in alignment with and in support of the business goals and objectives.
- Design and lead implementation of solutions to enhance and grow the business, including organizational design and development, management and talent development, employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring effective and efficient delivery of HR services and functions.
- Lead activities and initiatives associated with change management involving reorganizations, reward and performance monitoring, and talent capabilities development.
- Ensure the provision of timely employee-related information to management teams, as necessary.
- Sponsor and lead the implementation of projects within HR and across the business for the day-to-day development of redesign and new local and global HR initiatives.
- Provide HR Partnering management coaching and counseling to business leaders and managers to effectively meet business line/region goals.
- Develop an HR team to ensure the provision of high-quality HR support and consultancy.
