Head of Finance

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced Head of Finance who can provide strategic financial leadership to our company. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in investment banking, management consulting, and/or private equity, as well as a finance role at an early-stage startup.
As the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for driving sound business decisions and ensuring the execution of long and short-term financial goals. You will be a strategic thought partner to the CEO, providing valuable insights into financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Your deep understanding of B2C SaaS and fintech will be crucial in driving financial strategies that support the company's growth and success.
Requirements:
- 5 - 15 years of experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, accounting, or FP&A
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Finance or a related field
- Prior experience in investment banking, management consulting, and/or private equity
- Previously had a finance role at an early-stage startup
- A strong understanding of B2C SaaS and fintech
