Tech Engineering Manager

We are seeking a talented Tech Engineering Manager to join our team. As an Engineering Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our technology strategy and roadmap for the future. While you won't be coding on a daily basis, your strong technical background will enable you to dive deep into our systems and infrastructure, ensuring a solid foundation for our product innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive strategy and roadmap for our engineering team, leveraging our existing product foundation.
- Establish and implement engineering processes and team structures to support scalability and growth.
- Manage a full-time hybrid team consisting of engineers and project managers.
- Collaborate with external development teams to drive efficient and effective software delivery.
- Work closely with our rockstar product designer and senior product-ops lead to ensure seamless coordination across teams.
- Participate in equity opportunities as part of our Series A company.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing an engineering team of 3 or more direct reports.
- Strong background as an engineering manager or tech lead, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
- Prior experience as a full-stack software engineer for at least 5 years, with proficiency in Python and React.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- General understanding of the marketing and agency space, and ability to adapt technology solutions to meet industry needs.
